Creating a Kmart Pharmacy account:

Q: I do not have a Kmart, Sears or Mygofer account. How do I sign in?

A: If you don’t have a Kmart, Sears or Mygofer account to sign in, create a new Kmart-Pharmacy account by clicking here. Signing up is easy. Simply enter your email address, password and zip code and your account will be created.

Q: I tried signing in with my legacy pharmacy account (ePharmacy). Why was I not able to sign in?

A: To sign in to the new Kmart pharmacy site, you need to login using your existing Kmart, Sears or Mygofer account. If you do not have either of these accounts, you can create a new Kmart-Pharmacy account by entering your email id, password and zip code. You cannot use your legacy pharmacy account to login to the Kmart Pharmacy site.

Q: What happens to my existing legacy pharmacy account?

A: Once you create a new Kmart-Pharmacy account or sign in with your existing Kmart, Sears or Mygofer account, you can link your patient profile using your legacy pharmacy account (ePharmacy). After your patient profile is created, you will no longer need your legacy pharmacy account. To login to the Kmart Pharmacy site, you need to use your Kmart, Sears or Mygofer account or your new Kmart-Pharmacy account. You cannot login to the Kmart Pharmacy site using your legacy pharmacy account (ePharmacy).

Q: What happens if I do not have a legacy pharmacy account?

A: Yes, you can still join Kmart Pharmacy. You do not need to have a legacy pharmacy account to join Kmart Pharmacy. You can login to the Kmart Pharmacy site using your existing Kmart, Sears or Mygofer account. If you do not have a Kmart, Sears or Mygofer account you can create a new Kmart-Pharmacy account. To create a patient profile, you will be guided to a Patient Profile page where you will be able to enter your details and create your profile.

Q: Why do I need to create a pharmacy account?

A: Creating an account with Kmart Pharmacy makes it easier for you to handle not only your prescriptions, but also that of your family members. With our family management feature, both you and your family’s prescriptions are all accessible in a single place. Our enhanced site makes it easier for you to order prescriptions, ask for refills and auto refills, get home delivery/shipping of prescriptions, enroll in savings programs, and do much more online.

Q: How do I create a new account?

A: You can create a new account online by clicking on the (link) page. You will have to enter your email, password, and zip code to create your account. With your user account set up, you will now have to create your prescription profile to start ordering prescriptions. To create your prescription profile, you need to enter details such as Name, Date of Birth, email address, and your insurance information.

Family Management:

Q: Who is a Family Manager?

A: You are a family manager if you manage the prescription profiles of your family members. A family manager can view and edit prescription profiles. If the profile is that of an adult or a child above 13, you need authorization from the family member to view and access their profile.

Q: How do I add a new profile?

A: To add a new profile, go to the (link) page and click on Add Adult or aAdd Child profile. Enter the name, date of birth, email,and other details. Make sure that the email address entered is accurate, as an email requesting authorization will be sent to this email address if the profile is that of an adult or a child above 13.

Q: How do I provide authorization to my family manager?

A: If you are an adult or a child above 13, you will receive an email once your family manager has created your profile and/or requested access. Clicking on the link in this email will take you through the process of validation. On the page that opens up, you will have to enter personal details as required. Once you are done and click on the Authorize button, a confirmation email will be sent to your family manager who will now be able to access and manage your prescription profile. In addition, you will also receive a confirmation email that denotes your approval.

Q: How can I deny access to my family manger?

A: If you are an adult or a child above 13, you will receive an email once your family manager has created your profile and/or requested access. Clicking on the link in this email will take you through the process of validation. On the page that opens up, clicking on theI do not authorize button will revoke your family manager’s access.

If you had given access to your family manager in the past and now wish to revoke it, you will have to create a new account to revoke access to your existing account.

Q: Why can’t I access my family member’s profile?

A: If you have created a profile and requested access to the profile of a family member who is an adult or a child above 13,an immediate email will be sent to your email addressexplaining the authorization process. In addition, you will also receive a confirmation email once that family member has authorized you to have access to their profile.

If the family member has denied access to their profile, you will receive an email informing you about your request being denied. In such a situation, you will not be able to view the family member‘s prescription history. Even if the request is denied, please note you will still be able to order prescriptions for this family member.

If you have not received a confirmation or denial email, you may resend your authorization request again to that family member at any time.

Refilling and Ordering Prescriptions:

Q: How do I order a new prescription?

A: To start ordering a new prescription, click on the pharmacy tab on the Kmart home page. Enter your user name and password to log in.Once onthe prescription profile page, click on New Prescriptions.On the page that opens up, enter your details including insurance, delivery options, and also how Kmart Pharmacy will receive the prescription. You can also select autorefill for the prescription on this page.

Q: How do I refill a prescription?

A: To refill an existing prescription, you need to access your prescription history. To access your prescription history, log in to your prescription profile and click on Prescription History. Enter the Prescription Number and Store Number. Once you enter this information and click Submit, the profile history is displayed. On this page, you can select the drug and the refill option. Here you will also have to select the method of how you want to receive your prescription (e.g.home delivery or store pickup).

Q: What is auto refill?

A: Kmart Pharmacy’s Auto Refill feature makes ordering prescriptions convenient for you. When you select auto refill, Kmart Pharmacy automatically refills the prescription and informs you once it is ready. Hence, you will never run out of a prescription.

Q: How can I sign up for auto refill?

A: To sign up for auto refill, sign in to your Kmart account or Register if you are a new user. If you are enrolled in family management, select the right profile.

If you are ordering a new prescription, click on New Prescriptions on your profile page. On the page that opens up, you can select auto refill while entering the prescription details.

If you are refilling an existing prescription, click on Prescription History on the profile page. Once your prescription history is displayed, you can select auto refill for an existing prescription.

Once you have selected the auto refill option in both the cases above, choose org. delivery, home delivery or store pickup and you are all set.

Q: Can I sumbit my Worker's Compensation form with Kmart Pharmacy?

A: You can fill your Workers’ Compensation form with Kmart Pharmacy for no extra cost. You have to complete the Patient Intake form and submit it along with your doctor’s prescription at your nearest Kmart Pharmacy.
